Delete your account
Request closure of your GS Nexus account and deletion of the personal data associated with it.
What this means
Once your request is verified and completed, you will lose access to your account. Account details, contacts, messages and uploaded records associated with your account are reviewed for deletion. Please export anything you need first.
Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account. GS Nexus support will verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons before completing the request.
You can also request deletion of specific personal data by email without closing your account.
Request by email
Send from your registered email address to gsnexusofficial@gmail.com with the subject “GS Nexus account deletion request”. Include your account username or ID. Do not send your password or OTP.
You can use this option without signing in or reinstalling the app.
